A research team led by Steven J. Katz, MD, MPH, and Lawrence C. An, MD, at Rogel Cancer Center and Allison Kurian, MD, MSc, at Stanford University received a $3.2 million grant from the National Cancer Institute (NCI) to expand Genetic Information and Family Testing (GIFT), a program helping cancer patients with hereditary mutations share risk information with relatives.
