Leadership Development Workshop

The AACI Leadership Development Workshop (LDW) convenes emerging leaders to enhance the oncology leadership pipeline with top talent. The LDW was launched in 2022 as part of the AACI presidential initiative of Caryn Lerman, PhD.

The AACI Leadership Advancement Program (LAP) is a yearlong, hybrid educational program open exclusively to participants in the 2026 AACI Leadership Development Workshop (LDW) and past workshops. LAP expands on the LDW curriculum and allows participants to deepen their understanding of the National Cancer Institute's Cancer Center Support Grant.
