Start-Up Manager: GU Clinical Research Team

Responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trial start up activity for the Genitourinary (GU) clinical trials conducted at UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center.

Position will be managing:

·         Budget negotiation

·         Analysis, negotiation and completion of feasibility forms

·         Facilitation of the startup process for multiple simultaneously opening clinical trials

Position will coordinate with the regulatory department on human subjects’ submissions, renewals, and safety reports.

Position will collaborate with faculty physician leaders and GU disease team, including attending weekly meetings and tumor boards.

Position will partner with the Implementation Program Manager for the GU Clinical Research Team.

Position collaborates with the GU Implementation Project Manager in reviewing and verifying university research account statements, professional fee statements, and invoicing.

The position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of onsite at Moores Cancer Center and remote.
