2024 AACI/AACR Hill Day Registration

The Association of American Cancer Institutes (AACI) and American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) annual Hill Day will take place in Washington, DC, on Thursday, May 16. Your participation in Hill Day is critical to sharing our message with our legislators in Washington: that stable, predictable funds are needed to advance cancer research and care at our nation’s cancer centers.

Soapbox, a firm that specializes in coordinating advocacy days, will request and schedule meetings on your behalf with your legislators, making the day stress-free for all participants. 

AACI is encouraging each cancer center to send at least one representative to Washington to advocate on your center’s behalf. If you are unable to attend, a scientist, administrator, public relations staffer, government relations representative, or patient advocate who has benefited from care at your cancer center would be a great representative for your institution.

AACI has reserved a room block for Hill Day attendees at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill. If you need hotel accommodations, please reserve your room at the time of registration using the link provided in your confirmation email.
