AACI distributes five annual surveys to assess the needs of academic cancer centers and inform programming decisions. Survey data are aggregated and anonymized to share with respondents. In some cases, data informed by surveys are published in scientific journals that are accessible outside the AACI cancer center network. However, AACI surveys are only to be completed by cancer center members and survey respondents are not permitted to share unpublished results outside their cancer centers.
In addition to annual surveys, AACI periodically surveys members on topics of interest to smaller task forces and working groups. Recent surveys have addressed member satisfaction, financial disclosures, and special projects of Protocol Review and Monitoring and Data and Safety Monitoring Committees.
