Registration is now open for the 2026 AACI Catchment Area Data Excellence (CADEx) Conference, March 9-11, in Atlanta. This three-day event will bring together cancer center catchment area data experts, geospatial statisticians, and representatives from government and industry to address emerging topics in cancer prevention and control analytics. Attendees will share best practices in data collection, explore policies and methodologies to advance catchment area cancer surveillance, build relationships to transform cancer care through public-private collaboration and technology innovation, and discuss how artificial intelligence could be used to transform the future of data analysis within the catchment area. This year’s meeting theme is Bringing Data to Life: Connecting Catchment Area Science to People.
Abstracts are being accepted for the 2026 AACI CADEx Conference till 5:00 pm Pacific time on Monday, December 1. Abstracts topics may include, but are not limited to, sharing qualitative and quantitative data; GIS; epidemiology; community engagement that supports understanding local community; and collecting, validating, and disseminating data via community members. Abstracts must be submitted online through AACI's custom submission tool. Authors are strongly encouraged to use the abstract template to help standardize the format.

Abstracts will be submitted and organized via six categories:
Three abstracts will be selected for oral presentation at the meeting. Up to two authors of each winning abstract will receive a complimentary meeting registration or a refund for a previously paid meeting registration fee. While AACI encourages collaboration with external organizations, only employees of AACI member cancer centers are eligible for complimentary meeting registration. All authors of accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to submit a poster, which will be on display during the poster session for attendees to view and will be featured on the AACI website.
