AACI recently launched a listserv for community outreach and engagement professionals at AACI cancer centers. The purpose of the listserv is to provide a platform for members to ask questions or reach out to others about COE-related topics.
Only AACI cancer center members have access to the listserv; forwarding listserv discussions to non-members is not permitted. Please note: NCI staff are also not included on the listserv, per AACI policy.
Listserv posts are moderated. Please consider the following guidelines when posting to this and other AACI listservs:
Please note that by replying to an email from [email protected] an email will be sent to ALL users on the list. To reply directly to a message, use your email application's forwarding option, and type in or cut and paste the email address of the individual. Replies without topic-related content (i.e., “Thanks for the information!”) should be sent directly to individuals, not to the full listserv.
State the topic of your message clearly and concisely in the subject line.
Include your name, cancer center, position, and email address in a signature block.
Do not post commercial messages. You may contact members directly with product and service information if you believe it would help them.
Use caution when discussing products. Information posted on the listserv is available for all to see, and comments are subject to libel, slander, and antitrust laws.
The COE listserv currently has over 130 participants and new members are added weekly. Please email AACI Communications and External Relations Manager Emily Stimmel to subscribe, update your contact information, or with any other administrative questions.
