Operations Administrator, Cancer Center Research
Korn Ferry’s Academic Healthcare Practice is pleased to assist Mayo Clinic Cancer Center with their search to identify the next Operations Administrator, Cancer Center Research.
This position is responsible for all matters pertaining to the administration of the research, programs, finance, human resources, clinical, training and education, and strategic planning programs of the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center. Reporting directly to the the Center’s Associate Administrator, the Operations Administrator of Cancer Center Research will work collaboratively with other department leaders, as well as senior clinical and administrative leaders across the enterprise.
Mayo Clinic Cancer Center is designated as a National Cancer Institute (NCI) cancer center. This NCI designation recognizes a center's scientific leadership and resources, and the depth and breadth of research in basic, clinical and population science. The Operations Administrator of Cancer Center Research will play a lead role in the P30 Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG) renewal process. Up for renewal in 2023, the CCSG is a critical resource for Mayo Clinic Cancer Center, as it provides the continuing source of support to recruit new faculty and provide research funding for its members.
