The UF Health Cancer Center stands alone in the state in our unique ability to blend comprehensive patient care and innovative research in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Project Management & Regulatory Affairs, this position serves as the Unit Manager for the Protocol Development team and will lead a multi-disciplinary team of clinical research professionals and is charged with providing general oversight for all protocol development activities within the office. This highly visible role includes joint responsibility and accountability with other CRO Managers and leadership for the success of the UFHCC’s clinical trials operations and for continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of the clinical research program.
