The Amendment Manager is responsible for facilitating amendments through the regulatory, financial and operational processes with a focus on the impact on patients, timely turnaround and implementation, goals and accountability. The Manager collaborates and communicates effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure rapid amendment implementation. The Amendment Manager also assesses and implements continuous improvement strategies to reduce amendment implementation timelines.
Job Specific Duties:
Continuously assess for opportunity areas to reduce amendment implementation. Track protocols as they move through the process and act as appropriate to meet goals.
Monitor and implement strategies to assure timely reviews, approvals, budgets, contracts, order set updates, and task list completion.
Effectively communicate issues and successes with stakeholders and collaborators (managers, coordinators, regulatory, CRRC, etc.) on amendment statuses so they can take appropriate action.
Credentials and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years clinical trials experience (preferably hematology/oncology|
