The Wilmot Clinical Trials Office (CTO) is seeking a Clinical Research Committee Coordinator to join their dynamic, collaborative and passionate team. Wilmot CTO is a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment, providing clinical trials support for all phases and all categories of cancer clinical trials. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and outcomes of people living with cancer by supporting innovative, high impact clinical research. Using a teamwork approach, the CTO ensures and maintains safe and compliant research, providing clinical trial access to all patients across Wilmot’s regional catchment area, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.

Clinical Research Committee Coordinator Job Summary:
The Clinical Research Committee Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Cancer Center Research Committees, including the Protocol Review and Monitoring Committee (PRMC), the Data and Safety Monitoring Committee (DSMC) and the Clinical Research Leadership Committee (CRLC). This position reports to the Executive Director of Clinical Research Operations at Wilmot and will involve close collaboration with the Quality Assurance Unit and the Research Committee Chairs.
Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor’s degree (health-related field preferred)
· Minimum of 1 year clinical research or relevant work experience
· Cancer Center Support Grant experience preferred
