Working Groups
The inaugural meeting of the Association of American Cancer Institutes' Molecular Diagnostics Initiative (MDI) convened in Pittsburgh on July 31, 2013. Conversations among MDI steering committee members yielded a proposal to establish four MDI Working Groups, as described below.

Clinical Trials Working Group
Charge: Develop a set of guidelines for optimizing and facilitating clinical trials based on molecular diagnostics.
