The Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center has an opportunity for a Manager of Data Safety & Monitoring committee. The individual will manage activities pertaining to the DSMC which primary goal is to monitor data integrity, safety, and outcomes for investigator initiated interventional studies in accordance to the guidelines of the protocol and the protocol’s assigned level of risk to patient safety. Protocols assigned a risk level of “high” are reviewed quarterly, protocols assigned a risk level of “moderate” are reviewed bi-annually, and protocols assigned a risk level of “low” are reviewed annually. This position reports to the Director of Research Support, Research Committees (SCCC Clinical Research).
