Payment Policy:
Payment for AACI/CCAF Annual Meeting attendance is due within 45 days of registration. Payment may be made by credit card or check. If payment is received more than 45 days after registration, registrant will be responsible for paying the prevailing registration rate. All registrations are considered final as soon as information is submitted to AACI for processing. Regardless of payment method, refer to AACI’s cancellation policies for refunds and cancellation fees; you will be responsible for paying any applicable fees based on this policy.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing, via e-mail or regular mail. Cancellations will be accepted through August 29, 2013 and a $50 administrative fee will be assessed. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 29, 2013. All refunds will be processed after November 1, 2013.

AACI reserves the right to cancel this activity because of unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such cancellation, the full paid registration fee will be returned to each registrant.
